Blood needs don’t go away in the summer and although many donors are away from home MI BLOOD can take donations on the road to keep the supply pumped up.

Last season 18 Member Parks held dozens of drives which registered 412 potential donors, collected 299 units of blood, and recruited 145 new donors through the ARVC Blood Drive Initiative! This was an increase of almost exactly 50% over 2008. Our efforts helped maintain a stable blood supply and had the potential to save up to 897 lives!
